Membership code of conduct

Ohio Cannabis VIP · October 14, 2026

Ohio Cannabis VIP offers private cannabis-community gatherings for adults 21 and older. Respect, consent, discretion, and lawful conduct are conditions of participation.

Adults only. Members only.

You must be 21 or older. There are no age exceptions, including for medical card holders. No children, minors, guest passes, plus-ones, shared memberships, or transferable invitations. Every attendee must be individually approved and follow check-in requirements. Accessibility arrangements required by law are handled separately; they do not create general guest passes.

No sales. No illegal activity.

We do not sell, supply, distribute, or include cannabis products with membership or tickets. No cannabis or other drug sales, solicitation, barter, gifting, giveaways, samples, or exchanges at our events. Do not use admission, donations, tips, or other payments to disguise a product transaction. No illegal drugs, unlawful possession, unlawful consumption, or other illegal activity. Membership never grants an exemption from any law.

No alcohol or weapons inside events.

We do not serve alcohol. Do not bring or consume alcohol at events. We respect lawful firearm ownership, but firearms and other weapons are prohibited inside event spaces, subject to applicable legal requirements. Lawful vehicle storage rights are not overridden. Do not handle weapons while impaired. On-duty emergency responders performing lawful duties are not restricted by this policy.

No hate. No harassment. No sexual activity.

No discriminatory abuse, hate speech directed at people, threats, stalking, intimidation, fighting, bullying, unwanted touching, sexual harassment, sexual activity, sexual solicitation, pornography, or indecent exposure. Respect personal boundaries. No disruptive confrontations, retaliation, or conduct that compromises safety. A good-faith complaint or report of harm is not “drama” and must not be punished as such.

Protect everyone’s privacy.

No photography or video recording without advance organizer approval and permission from each identifiable person filmed or photographed. No livestreaming, video calls, FaceTime, or other video communications during events. Keep private addresses, access instructions, guest identities, and conversations confidential. These rules do not prohibit calling for emergency help, lawful reports to authorities, preserving evidence of wrongdoing, or accommodations required by law. Staff can direct ordinary calls to a designated area.

Check in and follow venue rules.

Bring valid government-issued photo identification for an in-person age check; do not upload an ID to this website. Follow capacity limits, designated spaces, accessibility instructions, fire rules, parking directions, and staff directions. Do not enter restricted areas. Smoking, vaping, or any consumption is prohibited unless expressly permitted for that specific event after venue and legal review; permission is never implied by membership or private property ownership.

Look after yourself and others.

Arrive able to understand the rules and provide informed consent. Do not drive while impaired. Arrange safe transportation. Report hazards and urgent incidents to staff; call 911 for an emergency. Do not pressure anyone to consume anything. Participation is voluntary and you may leave at any time.

Enforcement and reporting.

We may refuse entry, remove an attendee, or suspend or revoke membership for substantiated violations or immediate safety concerns, consistent with applicable law. We may seek a member’s response when practical. Fees are generally nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise. Report a concern using the private contact request form. No retaliation for good-faith reports, protected complaints, or exercising legal rights.
