What does membership offer?
Invitations to exclusive cannabis-community gatherings at private, undisclosed locations. Approved active members receive event information and reservation opportunities. This is access to a community and events, not access to cannabis products. Capacity and separate ticket requirements may apply.
Who can attend?
Only individually approved members age 21 or older. No age exceptions, kids, guest passes, plus-ones, or shared memberships. Bring photo ID for check-in. Legally required accessibility arrangements are handled separately.
How do I apply and pay?
Start the membership application, then await review. Accepted applicants receive account instructions, sign the finalized waiver, and use the approved hosted payment link when available. An admin verifies payment before activating access. The proposed first-wave price is $25 annually. Payment processing is not connected yet; no money is collected by this application.
Is cannabis sold, supplied, or included?
No. We do not sell, supply, distribute, or include cannabis products. No sales, gifting, exchanges, giveaways, or other drug transactions at events. Membership fees are for membership services only.
Does private property mean consumption is allowed?
No. Every venue and activity must satisfy applicable law and property rules. Smoking, vaping, or other consumption is prohibited unless expressly permitted for that specific event after review. Membership does not grant a legal exemption.
Do you serve alcohol or allow weapons?
We do not serve alcohol; do not bring or consume it at events. We respect lawful firearm ownership, but weapons are prohibited inside event spaces, subject to applicable law. Lawful vehicle storage rights are not overridden.
Can I take photos, record, livestream, or use FaceTime?
No photography or video without advance organizer approval and permission from identifiable attendees. No livestreaming, video calls, FaceTime, or other video communications during events. Emergency help, lawful reporting, evidence preservation, and legally required accommodations remain permitted.
What behavior is prohibited?
No hate, discriminatory abuse, threats, harassment, unwanted touching, sexual activity or solicitation, drug sales, fighting, retaliation, or disruptive confrontations. Good-faith complaints and reports of harm are welcome and are not treated as drama.
Are membership fees refundable?
Membership fees are generally nonrefundable, except where law requires a refund or another remedy. This does not remove statutory cancellation rights or legitimate remedies for deception or failure to deliver a promised service.
Are outcomes or event admission guaranteed?
No. Membership is an opportunity to connect with the community in a distinctive setting. We do not guarantee a particular outcome, event count, admission, personal connection, or absolute safety. No event dates are currently confirmed.
Do I need to sign a liability waiver?
Yes, before event access. The finalized waiver must identify the operator and covered events, explain relevant risks, and preserve rights that cannot be waived. The current draft is available for review; signing will open once the required details and legal review are completed.
