Membership terms and refund policy
Ohio Cannabis VIP · October 14, 2026
Ohio Cannabis VIP is a private event membership offering access to a cannabis-community network and invitations to exclusive gatherings at private locations. Membership does not include cannabis products, guaranteed event admission, or any guaranteed personal, business, social, financial, medical, or other outcome.
Eligibility and approval
Only adults 21 and older may apply or attend, without age exceptions. Membership and invitations are personal and nontransferable. No guest passes. Submit an application, complete review, sign the finalized waiver, and complete the approved payment step before membership activation. An application or account alone does not grant entry.
Annual fee and membership term
The proposed founding membership is $25 for one year beginning on activation. Payment collection is not open yet. The final seller identity, price, payment method, start date, and contract terms will be disclosed before you pay. Later enrollment waves may cost more; a later advertised price does not automatically change an already purchased term. No automatic renewal or recurring charge is currently enabled. Renewal requires a new voluntary payment after the renewal price and terms are disclosed.
What you receive
Active members who have signed the current finalized waiver may access private event information and invitations. Event reservations remain subject to capacity, age verification, venue rules, and event-specific requirements. Separate ticket charges, if any, must be disclosed before purchase. No event dates, minimum event count, venue, attendance opportunity, product access, or outcome are guaranteed unless expressly promised in a specific written offer. No events are currently confirmed.
No membership refunds, with legal exceptions
Membership fees are generally nonrefundable for a change of mind, missed events, unused access, or removal for a substantiated rule violation, except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. This policy does not eliminate statutory cancellation rights, remedies for deception or failure to provide a promised service, or legitimate payment-dispute rights. Event-ticket terms will be disclosed separately before purchase. If a promised service cannot lawfully be provided, we will address the situation under applicable law rather than relying on a blanket no-refund rule.
Lawful private events
All events take place on private property with appropriate permission. That fact does not authorize otherwise prohibited cannabis activity. We do not sell or distribute cannabis products or promote illegal activity. We do not serve alcohol. Venue-specific rules and applicable local, state, and federal requirements govern every event. Membership is not a dispensary license, medical recommendation, exemption from law, or promise that consumption is allowed.
Conduct, privacy, and changes
The code of conduct applies to all members. Material changes will be disclosed prospectively; previously signed waiver records retain their actual agreed text. Where required, new assent will be requested before participating under changed terms. We may suspend an event for safety or legal reasons. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Questions, cancellation, and accommodations
Use our private contact request form for membership, privacy, accommodation, or cancellation questions. You may stop participating at any time; any applicable refund or cancellation rights remain governed by law. The legal operator identity and finalized waiver must be completed before paid enrollment opens.
